The short version: three designs a day are free, so you can see exactly what you are getting before you pay anything.
Why purchases are not refundable
Designs and planting plans are digital content delivered immediately. Each one is generated for you on demand, so the work is done and the cost incurred the moment you create it. By purchasing, you agree we supply it straight away, and you acknowledge that once delivery has started you lose the usual 14 day cancellation right for digital content.
If something goes wrong on our side
If you pay for a plan and never receive it, email hello@gardendesignapp.ai and we will put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Passes
A pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel. When the days are up, your account goes back to three free designs a day, and everything you made stays yours.
